Cotton Diesel Engines with Crompton Greaves or Stamford A.C. generators, assembled and aligned with precision instruments.
The stationary D.G. sets are mounted on fabricated channel base frames, specially designed to minimize vibration. The gensets are subject to rigorous load tests to ensure reliable performance.
The DG Sets are housed inside the acoustic enclosures to
minimize insertion loss of about 25 dB. Acoustic enclosures are integral parts of DG Sets as per
Central Pollution Control Board rules. These enclosures are manufactured
by United Machinery & Appliance with high precision machines and skilled workmen, guided by experienced engineers.
All genset accessories – Soundgrip Acoustic Enclosures, Control Panel, Fuel Tank, Base Frame etc, are manufactured in-house at our ISO 9001 : 2000 certified factory, to ensure better durability and efficient use under all climatic conditions.

Synchronous AC Generators, continuously rated for 415 Volt, 50 Hz, 3 Ph, 4 Wire, 0.8 P.F. (lag), 1500 RPM.
Screen protected, drip proof, horizontal foot mounted type, heavy duty enclosure,
double bearings for long couple and single bearing for close couple
sets.
Slip Ring Type
Available in the range : 7.5 KVA to 82.5 KVA
Rotating armature type, compounding transformer for excitation, Class - F/H insulation
Voltage regulation ± 5%.
Brush less Type
Available in the range : 15 KVA to 550 KVA
Brushless, rotating field type, self excited, self regulated, Class - H insulation for rotor, stator and exciter.
Electronic automatic voltage regulator for precise voltage control.
Standard voltage regulation for balanced load within ± 1% of the rated voltage from no load
to full load - at power factor of 0.8, inclusive of 4% of prime mover speed variation. Normal voltage adjustable to approx. ± 7.5% of rated voltage.
